CD's delivered quickly. One CD skipped on song #10 even after multiple cleans, Another CD I purchased I was sent the wrong version than the one listed. Sent multiple emails on these issues to Decluttr and received no reply. Customer Service = 0.

It’s a great concept, but it’s been more than two weeks since my order. Two payments have been removed from my account, but my order is still pending. There is no sign of receiving the product I purchased. I attempted to reach customer service several times, but had no luck getting through to get an answer with any kind of update as to when I will see the iPhone I ordered. My next step is one more attempt to reach out to them, but if I don’t get a human reply or the iPhone within the next week, I will be demanding a refund.

It was ok but not being to sell all the movies is terrible. They need to address this especially right now when times are tough. They should be offering more money for dvds and blu-rays.
